Systems

in Action

To see the truth, you have to consider the whole system.

Background

Five Steps works with the proven method of systemic constellations to resolve difficult or taboo situations. The unique method which Five Steps has developed was influenced in part by the work of Virginia Satir. Systemic constellation (also called family constellation), is one of the most effective and fascinating forms of short-term therapy.

Application

Often a systemic constellation is used to solve conflicts in families. In the same way, difficulties in the professional environment or with other groups can be reason to arrange a constellation. In doing so, known problems can be dealt with and the roots of the problems can be recognized and resolved. Sometimes there are also problems and fears that can’t be explained rationally but rather are experienced as a strange feeling. And exactly these situations can be diagnosed quickly and effectively in a systemic constellation. Often a solution or an impulse for a change can be given immediately.

Seminar “Systems in Action“

The Five Steps seminar “Systems in Action“ resolves personal conflicts in a safe setting. In a systemic constellation, the mixture of perception, emotion and the drive for resolution can dissolve psychic blocks. Clients often speak of having the feeling that a big burden has been dropped. The effects are normally long - lasting and have a positive impact on the whole family or professional system.
