A team, regardless of its size, is often made up of very different kinds of people. Each of these team members has their own individual ambition, to work for a company and to achieve a certain level of performance. The more diverse the background, history and origins of the individuals, the more exciting and productive can be the output of a team. But a diverse group of people can also turn out to be a source of conflict over time; first quietly in the background and then at some point out in the open. Sometimes everybody in the team suffers, sometimes only some people or only one person. Or nobody suffers but the results clearly reflect the conflict in the team. No matter where the lack of productivity reveals itself - there is a call for action!

By removing barriers to thinking, acting and communicating, teamwork can once again become strong and successful. In order to achieve this, you have to encourage and strengthen the individual and unique abilities of all employees of a company. The values of each member can again be of importance and the ability to relate will also be (again) possible. In team development it is crucial to clarify the objectives, the role allocation, as well as the individual tasks within a team. Only then will everyone know their position, their tasks and what their particular and individual contribution to the team is.
