The Foundation Course of the Coaching Training takes you through your own personal Five Steps® process. During the training period you will discover your unique abilities and develop your personal vision based on your own values. You first strengthen your ability to coach yourself with head, heart and belly, that later, you can initiate and carry out coaching processes with confidence.
The training is for people who would like to establish themselves as a coach, as well as for those who would like to use the coaching and leading competencies they develop within the framework of their job.
The participants will get an overview of different methods and use the Foundation Course for their own personal development because working as a coach demands a high level of self-reflection and self-awareness.

Der Basiskurs findet in fünf Modulen statt, die sich über den Zeitraum von ca 3-4 Monaten erstrecken. Ein Modul dauert von Freitag 10:00 bis Samstag ca. 14:00 Uhr.

Im Trainingspreis sind enthalten:
- 10 Trainingstage (150 Unterrichtsstunden)
- alle Trainingsunterlagen
- und die Teilnahmebestätigung.
Für die Übernachtung und Verpflegung kommen die Teilnehmer selbst auf.
Der Veranstaltungsort in Köln wird kurzfristig mitgeteilt.
